Democracy and Freedom of Expression in Post-Yugoslav States
This lecture focuses on the development of democratic processes, the state of freedom of expression, and the key challenges faced by the states that emerged after the breakup of Yugoslavia.
Lecturer: Marko Vulević, Mensa Montenegro
Marko Vulević is a Montenegrin writer, political scientist, and activist known for his creative and socially engaged work. Marko completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Montenegro’s Faculty of Political Sciences as the top student in his program and is currently a master’s student in political science at the University of Cologne, supported by a prestigious DAAD scholarship. His academic focus spans youth policy, human rights, European integration, and communications, areas in which he has been actively involved through various domestic and international initiatives.
