“Mensa Montenegro”, “Mensa”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Mensa Montenegro (Mensa Crne Gore), with its registered address at Piperska 370/a Podgorica.
“You” means the individual person who is booking or participating in EMAG 2026.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and participation in the European Mensa Annual Gathering 2026 (EMAG 2026).
Mensa Montenegro reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule any aspect of EMAG 2026, including but not limited to venues, dates, times, speakers, activities, content, and the overall programme. You agree to accept any reasonable changes made after booking confirmation.
If Mensa Montenegro cancels an activity or part of EMAG 2026, any payments received for that activity will be refunded. Mensa Montenegro will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.
Mensa Montenegro shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If you wish to cancel your participation in EMAG 2026, you must notify us in writing at emag2026@mensa.me.
EMAG 2026 will be held at third-party venues where accessibility may vary. It is your responsibility to ensure that the venues and facilities meet your individual accessibility requirements before making a booking.
Mensa Montenegro reserves the right, for good reason, to refuse admission to or remove any participant from EMAG 2026. Any participant removed or refused entry will forfeit any unused portion of their booking and no refund will be issued.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during EMAG 2026.
Participation in EMAG 2026 is at your own risk. Mensa Montenegro does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other harm suffered while attending EMAG 2026, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all materials presented at EMAG 2026 are protected by copyright and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
Photographs and recordings taken during EMAG 2026 may be used by Mensa Montenegro and other National Mensa organizations for publicity, promotional materials, official websites, and official social media channels.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you must notify us in writing at emag2026@mensa.me prior to the event.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising in connection with EMAG 2026 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.
