Mind x Body – Why Overthinking and Self-Trust Are Whole-System Topics
"Over"thinking in itself is neither THE problem nor the solution to self-doubts and inner stress. I realized long time ago on my journey to an authentic and content life, that there is more to it; and that judging myself for "thinking so much and yet not changing things and feeling great", that analyzing everything with the rational mind was rather blocking than helping me. Instead of being happy and feel that desired self-trust, I felt even more lost and doubted myself even more.

Nowadays I see the same struggle which I had back then in my psychological practice - and I want to share some of those key insights with you so you don't have to experience all those bigger struggles yourself and instead fully trust yourself quicker again than it took me and thereby live a calm and content life...

This workshop offers a different perspective on "over"thinking and self-trust: the so to say "issue" is not a lack of insight or discipline which could be solved with the rational mind, but a (nervous) system that is out of balance. Yes, we will appeal to the mind and the ratio to "understand" those perspective twists, but I will also share some hands-on tools and exercices for your entire system and your body, that helped me, too.
