Medical Hypnosis
The lecture offers insight into medical hypnosis as a clinically recognized therapeutic method. We will address the most common myths and misconceptions about hypnosis and compare them with what contemporary science and clinical practice actually confirm. Participants will learn how hypnosis is used in the treatment of pain, anxiety, phobias, and psychosomatic disorders, as well as its status and level of application in different countries around the world. Through practical examples, the lecture will demonstrate how hypnosis is used to activate internal resources and improve mental and physical health, as well as where its real possibilities and limitations lie.
