The same few people talk, good ideas stay unspoken, and collective intelligence is underused. Or it just feels bad, boring or wierd. This workshop offers a practical introduction to Liberating Structures: simple interaction patterns that go beyond goals and agendas to design how people participate. You'll experience how meetings and workshops can include everybody, make better use of the room, and turn structure from a constraint into an enabler.
