Venture-Building - The Framework for Taking Startups From 0 to 1!
A candid, real-world perspective on foundational execution - some effective and strategic ways to plan, build, and launch (or scale) a new business or early-stage startup from the ground up.
We'll explore curating the product or service offering, crafting a true minimum viable product, launch planning, bootstrapping until first revenues come in, rapidly testing & iterating to find product-market fit, and more. We'll also touch a little bit on funding as well.
This interactive session is for people thinking of starting a business, already launched one, or are working at any earlier stages of their startup's journey. Also relevant for those in corporate functions whose companies seek more internal innovation or a "labs" and ventures division/portfolio. We'll use a fluid, high-level agenda to keep us on theme while tailoring the conversation on the fly to address live audience questions.
