Liberating Structures: Finally, a Structure That Thinks With You
Many meetings have structure — agendas, formats, rules — and yet it often feels like more should be possible. The same few people talk, good ideas stay unspoken, and collective intelligence is underused. Or it just feels bad, boring or wierd. This workshop offers a practical introduction to Liberating Structures: simple interaction patterns that go beyond goals and agendas to design how people participate. You'll experience how meetings and workshops can include everybody, make better use of the room, and turn structure from a constraint into an enabler.

Lecturer: Vanessa Lewecke

Hey, this is Vanessa from Münster in Germany. I would love to see you in my workshop!
I enjoy sharing knowledge, methods, tips and tricks that I appreciate to make my life easier and I'd love to learn from you as well (I love learning :) ).
As a manager, IT consultant, business analyst and project manager, I use liberating structures to facilitate meetings to ensure that everyone is heard and that we get the most out of the combined skills and knowledge in a safe environment.
Apart from my job, I have a few hobbies and topics I always like to chat about if you are looking for a conversation starter: E.g. Salsa, Kizomba and a lot of other dances, Badminton, improv theater, lifelong learning and didactics, singing, coaching and agile.

I look forward to seeing you!
